I update my wife's car - the website generated a 16 digit password. I had not a single problem.

Next, I go to update mine and it gives me a 15-digit passcode. The AVIC in my truck wants a 16-digit number, but I only have a 15. I double checked everything, then I had my wife double check everything - it all checks out (Media number, Device ID and password). It's all correct but it doesn't work as a 16 digit code. The AVIC is waiting on one more digit. I've tried repeating the final number, I've tried a space before and after the 15 digits that I have (so "DONE" would light up)...nada. Nothing works. Of course after waiting on Pioneer to get their website up, now they are closed.

Anyone else get this or know what to do?

I am having the same problem. My password is only 15 digits and I need 16. Guess I will have to call pioneer in the morning.

Just tried the password again and got it to work. I had to add a zero to the beginning of the password and then I was able to start the upgrade.
