I got a problem with my Avic Z3, since i installed it on my car, i realized that the fan of Z3 never turns off, i push the AV button for 3sec and after the V button for turn off the system, is that right? I realized that my amps wont turn off too. Anyone know how can i fix it? I'm in Brazil and Pioneer doens't sell Z3 here.

Thank you.

You can not turn it off unless you power off the vehicle. Check the following wires on the back of the Z:

Yellow: constant 12v+

Red: switched 12v+ (turns unit on/off with vehicle ignition)

I just called to the guy who installed the Z on my car, and he said thast if he do by this way i can't turn on the Z when vehicle is off, is that true?

Yes, that is true. You really do NOT want the Z running when the car is off, because it will kill your battery quick. If you want it to turn on with teh car off, then you need a secondary switch to power it competely off (which will turn off the fan) when not in use. This would be really hard on your battery, so I hope you have AAA :)
