So basically I want to change the pioneer logo that shows up when the navigation is turned on. I want tge make of my car to show up when it starts. If it helps I have a Volkswagen. I know it's possible cuz I've seen it done so please help

Yes, The Avic has the ability to do that by going to to the settings menu and then going to display or splash screen. You would need to get a picture onto a jump drive or sd card and then just select the picture. WALA you're done.
