I did read a lot in this forum but couldn't find the answer.

I have an AVIC-F90BT US hacked with 3.1 firmware in Brazil and would like to know if it's possible to transform this unit in an European unit because of menu and voice languages. I don't know if the languages are linked to the hardware or software.

 

Anybody did this kind of transformation?

Or maybe a full backup without maps of an european unit to test.

You can only set navigation menu to other languages and voices. That's it. The rest of the device will stay in eiter english, spanish or french for now.

And FYI , there is no way so far, to set even radio frequencies.
