help in edmonton???

Anybody in Edmonton, Alberta that could maybe give me a hand unfucking this POS. I've tried the constant reboot fix, gps file removal fix. nada seems to fix this anchor. Someone with more savy and knowledge might be able to help me. If I can't get this software glitch fixed I will be selling this to try and recover at least some $$.
