Hi guys need some help with photoshop

I wanna take att bmp file resize to 126 x 80 pix and mirrored so I can att this bmp to the right side of the screen. This part I can do it this myself only problem I have is with setting transparent colors like original att bmp

can somebody help me with this

I`m going to put this bmp on the right side of screen so I can display on it clock and the date, in one front so will be easy to read and it will look clean also it will match direction window on the left side - just an idea
