Avic d3 is not recogniziting the location from past few weeks. im living in florida and it shows on my map that im in alabama. i have reset the unit like 4-5 times and still does not give me current location. any clue what going on with this unit?

Have you checked the GPS antenna connection?

I'm getting a similar problem, I am in the uk, and on a 250 mile trip yesterday, about 6 times it stopped working, saying I was in Paris! it came back after about 5 minutes, also a couple of times whilst I was on the phone, the screen went completely blank.

Is this the same issue as yours?
