I've had the unit installed for a whole 3 days, and it started freezing today - the display, the screen & the buttons. The only thing that helped (all 3 times) was restarting the car.

Sounds like my old Z1-3 freezing, except that restarts never seemed to help there.

Anybody else?

....come to think of it, I did install a 16GB SD Card TODAY. I am guessing what I need to try next is...

I took out the card and no more freezes. Not a bad card, I've used it in other applications.

Try formatting your SD card using FAT32.

I just took out the card altogether, but the unit has still frozen once in a great while... This time, there's a music CD inside
