Hey, I am new to this site and had a few questions about the AVIC-Z1. I am looking at buying one within a day or so and wanted to know if there is a bypass mod for a new model? I will be installing it in my 2006 F-350 diesel. Has anyone installed one in a similar truck? Is the wiring hard to do? I have installed other pioneer head units in vehicles, so I am famliar with some wiring. Thanks for your help!

Not hard at all. If you search a little, there are several posts involving the z1 and the 05+ ford super dutys. The bypass you'll need will depend on the manufacture date of your z1. Once you get it check ducatiboy's site.
