I'm having a similar problem with my steering wheel controls. When I press the station change button it uses the manual tuner vs. going to the preset stations. any ideas?

 

Do I have to get the PAK unit instead? help

i would use the PAC instead

 

the soundgate piece was backwards engineered and the PAC was created with Pioneer's help
