Something else. Does the hardware of U310BT completely different compared to European F310BT? If so is it possible to have radio stations working properly? What can I do, reflash, or something else?

Hi! I was wondering about making this version working in South America. Unfortunately I cannot find and user from mercadolibre.com (Ebay partner) with the nick STEVEM2 that could load any map in his Pioneer U310. Maybe there is a way to contact him because he offered for as much as $1 the info to do it.
