So, I have a Z1 w/ Z3 HD Upgrade, and for the last few days, i have been unable to use any buttons except for the volume and Track up/Down buttons. The touch screen seem to think that I am touching it, and this locks out the screen and all of the important navigation and system control buttons. Any ideas on how to fix this, or what might be causing it? Any and all input is greatly appreciated.

My first thought is a touch screen hardware problem. The touch screen onl cost about $55.

Can you provide some more information as to why you think the touch screen thinks it's being touched?

Reading your post makes me think you haven't done the bypass. This is why I need more clarification.
