I just got my Avic F90BT installed in my car.

Based on my area, radio should seek chanels in 0.1 steps instead of 0.2 for FM.

i.e

it should be

99.1 - 99.2 - 99.3 ........

were it is originally in steps of 0.2

99.1 - 99.3 - 99.5 - 99.7 - 99.9 ........

Also for AM it should seek in 9 steps instead of 10 steps.

i.e

it should be

531- 540 - 549 .........

were it is originally

540 - 550 - 560 - 570 ........

can this problem solved by programming?

if yes, which files in AVIC should be modified?

if no, is there any hardware to be changed??

No, No & No. You have a US unit. Never done by anyone before. Ever.

yea there should be no stations in the even decimal freq. state side, however if your on the other side of the pond you need to have a euro unit
