Hi, I have enjoyed my unit since I bought and installed it. I left it for a week at home. My daughter was using it for the week. when I jumped in to use it last night, it would start up and then a small window would pop up saying "fatal application error" and something about ezrider program. It informs me that it will shut down. It starts up again and the same thing happens all over again. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this? Is it fixable? I am almost distraught without my entertainment.

I would format the drive and restore it from a backup using testmode and the 3.0 software.

Thanks for responding. How do I go about doing all this formatting using a backup? Where do I get a backup or a test mode? By the way I'm a little enbarrass to say that I don't even know how to upgrade to 3.0. Thanks in advance.
