I just sent my f90bt back to the place that I bought it for the reboot issue (did not find this site untill after I had sent it in), and just found out that it will be 6 to 8 weeks to repair it. WTF is this normal? if so I think that I will have to rethink purchasing a new z110.

has anyone else experianced this?

Thanks

I sent an F90BT back to Pioneer for servicing and had it back in one week. Sending an item back to a dealer inserts a middle man so it will likely add to the return time.

when my customers come in and we need to send them to pioneer, we ship it out that day and then pioneer sends it back to the customer, usually takes 4-6 weekdays, if its a software problem, it might take more time if its a part that needs to be replaced and that part is backordered, the longest i have seen so far is two weeks

well it has been 4 weeks already and not returned :( Broadway camera had low prices but their service sucks, I just went and bought a referb unit to use untill i get mine back and then I will move it to my Vette.
