I've extracted the Image.res with WinRAR, but how / with what program can I zip it back to Image.res?

You should use 7-zip. I believe its shareware and is what the unit uses.

I have 7zi0p, but there is no .res-compression! Only .7z, .zip and .rar!

Must be another way!?

compress as .7z and then rename the file with .res extension.
