I have an AVIC D1 with the GEX-P10XMT XM NavTraffic Digital Satellite Tuner and the CD-IB100II iPod Adapter. Does anyone know if this tuner and adapter will work with the AVIC Z110BT? I would hate to have to get a new tuner or adapter.

The XM tuner will work for music, but the traffic won't work (you can't hook up the data cable so you may as well pull it out while you have the car apart.) The Ipod adaptor won't work either so pull it out; you need to buy the CDIU50V instead. You should be able to find it for $50 or less

So if I want to have traffice info I will have to buy the ND-MDT10 MSN Direct Tuner for AVIC-Z110BT. That sucks because this service is not available in all areas yet.

Yep, thats your only option for traffic

And you get so much more then traffic with the MSN option. Also most places that have XM navtraffic also have MSN coverage.
