Do you have the bose system in that car? If you do, that post I made about keeping the stock changer working, you won't need a line output convertor. You'd just have to solder male rca ends on to the wires I said to hook the lineout convertor to. Instead of hooking the speaker wires of the avic to the wires of the 70-1721 you'd also solder male rca ends to the speaker wires of the 70-1721 and plug the rcas into the front and rear preouts of the avic. On a final note, the blue wire on the 70-1721 must be hooked up to the blue/white wire off of the avic. If you hook it up to the blue wire on the avic, you'll only get sound when you're listening to the radio. Oh here's some extra wiring you'll need

Speed Sense blue/white ECM/PCM

Notes: The ECM/PCM is on the front of the transmission tunnel. The connectors are on the passenger side. On the 4 cylinder models the VSS wire is in the white 31 pin connector E, pin 26. On the 6 cylinder models it is in the gray connector A, pin 11.
