Hey All,

I just finished installing my F900BT head unit, and I connected my IPhone 3G to the USB connection, I can access all the music on my IPhone, and it shows it's playing but there is no sound.

I called Pioneer they said "Wont Work", Yet I've watch a guy a best buy plug his Iphone into their demo unit and play a movie on it!

I've also read a few posts here of people saying they use theirs.

I've got the 2.06 firmware and the latest bluetooth firmware. I will probably upgrade to 3.0 firmware/maps shortly.

Any help is apperciated..

Thanks,

is your USB connection the pioneer or apple cable? the one with the RCA's that plug into the rear of your stereo?

you cant just use a USB to connect, the RCA's are for the sound. and thats why pioneer says 'wont work'

I just used Apples USB cable. I have ordered the Pioneer Cable after reading some more.

When the pioneer rep said "won't work", I asked him "it wont even work with your IPod adapter?" He said "Nope, not the IPhone".

So obviously he was a moron.

Thanks,
