Does anyone know if the AVIC-Z110BT will fit in the dash of a 2007 Tahoe LTZ? I was looking on Crutchfield and their site said it would not fit. I currently have the Z2 in my Tohoe and would like to upgrade. Thanks.

its the same size, if you already have a z2 installed the Z110bt will definately fit

How about all the adapters that I currently have for the Z2, will they work with the Z11BT? (Onstar, steering wheel controls, chimes, rear video)

Those should all work. You will just need to change out the Z2 harness with the Z110 harness.
