i had the speed pulse working and the speedo showing on the map guages, but now i have found my navi to be not so accurate driving around. the arrow is kind of sideways and sluggish. when i went to connection status now the speed pulse is just showing 0. also the speedo gauges on maps is not available it says. does this mean the speed pulse wire got disconnected in the back of the unit? how did that happen? now i gotta open up the center console again this is so annoying.

What nav are you running? I ran into a similar problem with my d3, there is a way to refresh that part of the system although i forget where in the settings menu i did it. Sorry i was no help

im running the z1 with z3 maps. its wierd if i bang the side of the center console it will turn back on. lately my navi is totally inaccurate the arrow is sideways. its takes awhile to get back on track. i had no idea you can refresh.

It's under Menu, settings, hardware, 3D calibration. Reset your calibration should fix your issue, but you need to get the VSS fixed or disconnected.
