No, it is a proprietary cable and there is no other option.

Actually, if you have the i230 iPod cable from the F series you can use that in the mean time. You just need to get a Stereo RCA to 1/8th Mini jack adapter for the audio side of it. That's what I'm doing until the official cable gets here.

If you mean the USB dock cable that came with ipod the answer is no. You will get control of the ipod but no AV.
