hey guys, ok so this weekend i installed kenwood 6x8s in my car. Ever since then, when i plug in my ipod or iphone, the music only plays on the left hand side of the car. not the right. but the second i use the sd card or fm or cd, the sound plays on all speakers.. any idea?

also, i have a mustang with a shaker 500 . so im not sure what the best settings are on the f90bt such as subwoofer level, frequency and HPF are.. what are the best settings for this?

are you sure both the red and white rca connections are secure? also maybe check balance/fade settings on stereo/ipod/iphone

Its the ipod cable. my ipod and ipod touch does the same thing. Sometimes its plays out of both sides but mostly out of the left side. I have to unplug and replug back in. Not sure why it does this but there is an amazon reviewer who had the same issues and said his search led him to the cable being defective. I thought it was a short in the cable but no matter which way i toss my ipod it will sometimes work and sometimes not. I'm going to BB today to see if they can find a loose connection before dropping another 50.
