Hello,

I have a D1 and the open button does not open the screen. I want to change discs but how do I get this button to work?

Is there a manual opening.

I tried to reset the D1 and no luck.

Have you tried to hold the Open button for 1-2 seconds? does the Angle button work. Also is it in the car or out. If in, check for clearance!! I had that issue on my install and had to shave the bottom lip of my bezel. Good Luck!!

It is a heat issue, wait for it to cool down or turn a/c on for at least an hour, mine does not like to work durning the summer but when falls hits start to work like a champ again. hope this helps
