began getting spotty satellite reception....now getting an no reception and "antenna error" flashing message.....hardware is in place....what is causing this?

Have you tried resetting the unit ? Worth a try for starters........

are you talking about sat radio or the nav, if it sat radio, it sounds like there is a problem with the antenna

hell, its probably a problem with the antenna if its a gps problem too
