v3.0 how to add management mobile cam by speed ?

Hello all,

In version 2, it is possible to add MobileCam by speed.

In version 3 you can not add MobileCam by speed.

I compared the files "speedcam.ui" V2 and V3 without finding any differences.

Does anybody know how to add management MobileCam by speed in the V3?

nobody has noticed this problem or anyone knows how to fix it?
