Can't get into test mode on 3.01

I have a 700BT and can no longer get in test mode. I have tried it with the standard test mode files I've used in the past, and recently tried it with Diaftia's mods. Neither one would work. Any clue what's going on?

Try using a different newly formatted SD card,with only the testmode 2.3 files on it.
