I bought the unit brand newabout 2 mos ago and noticed that every time I enabled BT (while my phone paired up or after it had already paired up) it would be in a cyclical reboot. The only way I could get it to stop rebooting was to turn off BT on my phone.

 

It is a non-modified unit (Just so we're all clear here).

 

-Last night I upgraded the BT software to HW100-SW330 RC3 from SW290. Tested it, still reboots.

-Upgraded the units firmware from 2.000 to 2.006. Tested it, still reboots.

-Today tried pairing BT with a co-workers phone. Tested it, still reboots.

-Called Pioneer and they said to send it in b/c it's a software/hardware issue (That's all the tech/rep told me).

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
