Problems with Test mode!!! Please HELP ME!

I'm trying to reinstall stuff on my f700bt. Only problem is that when I'm in test mode I cant click on the control panel.

I can click on start and settings. But not control panel. I keep tapping on it but it doesnt work. WHAT SHOULD I DO?! PLEASE HELP!

have you tried recalibrating your screen?
