I have a Z2 installed in my 2005 Super Duty (2 years now), Blue Tooth, Sirus, Head rest monitors. My problem is:

 

The video output to the rear monitors is unreliable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn"t. Same if I use the Mirror soft key, it will show the map sometimes. I have installed a video amplifer. Any other suggestions?
