I just installed my n2 today and the thing is flipping sweet the only problem that I am having at the moment is that the subwoofers don't sound like they did with my old head unit they sound like crap now there is some wierd feedback going on with them and i am wondering if anyone might now what is wrong

Feedback??? Have you adjusted the gains on your amp to match the new deck? And which eq settin are you using?

Check the low pass filter for the sub output, and try changing the phase.
