Hi ovalball,,
Yes you can,, but not with the Pioneer soft (and some marvelous mods),,
Starup via WINCE (some call it "Testmode" or via leetlauncher,, install IGO via SD card with Dimka skins,, and there you will find what you need,,

Except that what he asks for still won't work.
Speedcams do not show up in simulation. Period. That's how iGO is built.
