Just had the x710 installed to my '02 Nissan Altima. Ipod audio sounds great, and nav works great. However, when I pull up the "Destination Menu", the "Address" icon is greyed out. Thus I am unable to type in an address. The parking brake was applied when I tried this.

I have a similar issue with the phone menu. Every icon under the Phone menu is greyed out (including "phone settings"), thus I am unable to pair my iphone. I had the bluetooth activated on the phone, and I also tried another phone.

Any suggestions?

i agree, sounds like they didn't hook up the parking brake right, all of those options should be availible when the unit "sees" ground on the P braking wire

I brought it back to the installer, and they corrected the problem. Thanks for your feedback!
