Z1 was locking up so I attempted the firmware update. It got to the end then said update failed restarting update. It has been doing that since yesterday, any suggestions?

Keep retrying... Eventually it will take. It may take 200+ tries...

Well that sucks. I was doing this update for a longtime older customer of mine who understandly is a little perplexed by the whole thing. Unfortunately it is still doing it. If it still continues I may buy one of your replacement drives as a upgrade for them. Thanks for your response.

If it was having issues before the update perhaps it was because the drive was already failing. Can you remove the drive and test it?

If it dosent fix itself by the end of the day I am just going to replace it, at that Time I will test the drive!!
