Hello. I just had a Z1 installed in my W203 C class. The arrow on the navigation always points in the wrong direction, so navigation is useless since the unit is constantly trying to reroute.

In my info screen, I see the following

Distance 92.22miles

Speed Pulse 974527

Learning Status 3D Hybrid

I tried resetting the unit, but it behaves the same, and I see those same numbers

Reverse Wire is probably grounded.

You can check it on the status screen, it should say Low when not in reverse, and High when in reverse.

Really? My reverse camera comes on at the right time though.

Ok, that is working correctly, so not that

Any other ideas?

You can edit your location and orientation. If it's pointing the wrong way and your reverse wire is correct, edit your orientation and swing the arrow around to point the right way.

You can correct the direction of the arrow through the "modify location" utility. This happens sometimes if you install the unit, disconnect power, move the car, then reinstall the unit. It may, however, correct itself over time.

This was the problem! All fixed now . . . :D

However, my flasher circuit isn't working, but I haven't had a chance to look at that yet . .

Thanks guys!
