No. Unless you wire the cam straight to the other screen.

so your saying is possible if the other screen was wire straight to the camera and the HU at the same time. but it will come on when the reverse is apply?

No, either one or the other. Why do you need a separate monitor?

because the only mounting option on a 2006 maxima I think is going to be too low,for a good viewing angle I was thinking of removing the oem information screen from the top of the unit and installed on the bottom and replace with a real touch screen capable of playing dvd and other source of video. All ready see ned done on a maxima but I was wondering if the backup camera will operate in line with the f900bt even if I was going to get double image but I think I will still going to installed like that just for everything outs but the camera.

either just run the camera to the aux screen (which unless the aux screen has its own reverse sensing wire, it wont switch automatically) or use a RCA splitter to run it to both screens, the avic will switch automatically.

there are some monitors that do have a reverse wire and aux inputs, they are usually specifically for back up camera applications, that way you wouldn't have to switch it every time to the camera when you want to back up
