Can't Update/install Bluetooth software on F500BT

Hi everyone, for some reason, i dont know what, i have no bluetooth software installed on my AVIC-F500BT. its gone.My problem is when i go to install 2.9 OR 3.3 verions a message comes up saying "An error occured and the update failed". how do i fix this? any ideas?
