Hi all

I had the F-900-BT installed in my car here in the UK in January and have been quite happy. However I am emigrating to South Africa and taking the vehicle with me. I called Pioneed to find out how to change the maps on the Sat-Nav to South Africa and was told that it is not possible. Is this the case? Sorry is it is a dumb question but I am about as technical as a squash

If you're as technical as squash then you will just have to buy a new navi unit when you get to SA. If you're slightly tech savy, you can try finding the south african maps and manually putting them on your unit, but this requires some level of confidence and will totally void your warranty.

Is there a website you can recommend that has maps. I may as well have a crack at it if I am going to have to replce the unit anyhow
