I own this unit and i dont have the microphone.So i would like to add to the unit the microphone of my car,a nissan qashqai.The onnly thing that i want is if somebody knows to tell me how many lines has the mic.One or two.I mean if it is stereo or mono.And where is the ground?In the middle or in the end?

It's a mono mic but not sure where the ground is located. I purchased a mic from Staples and used a reducer for my unit it worked fine until I pushed it in too far cracking the housing of my f700bt unit, now I have to fix that. I would not recommend using a reducer that protrudes out beyond 1/4 to 1/2 ".
