Hi, pls urgently help my ipod is working fine and the HU charges it fine. However, it wont play any music and the display on the HU is error-11.

Any advice?

Forgot to mention i have tried resseting the ipod with no luck.

I tried another ipod (nano) and it works with pioneer logo.

Basically my ipod classic charges but doesnt show the pioneer logo

Error 11 says iPod needs to be charged, but I'm guessing that's not the issue in your case.

its fully charged and charges via the HU but it doesnt display the pioneer logo when connected.

I got an official cd i200 cable today so will fit it at the weekend, hoping it will resolve the issue.

FIXED - it was the nasty cheap ebay cable!!
