Would the Z1 Fit in a 2006 Ford Fusion. It has the same factory radio as my 06 F-350. It said on Crutchfields website that it wouldnt fit?

Yes it will. Here's what you need as far as parts go.
Dash Kit 95-5812
Harness 70-5520
Antenna Adaptor 40-cr10
For those who know part numbers, yes that is a chrysler antenna adaptor. Alot of new gm and ford products are using the chrysler antenna plug.
