Does anyone know how to turn the mute off. It says ATT in the upper right hand side. I don't know how it got on but I can't get it off so there is no sound.

Hold the voice command button for a while.

Did you do the video bypass? If you just added a wire in to the moved pin location and left the mute wire alone but still has a connection at the pin the unit will stay muted. It defaulted to mute unless u mute wire is connected some where. Hope that helped!

That was unique to your install. The unit will not mute by itself if that wire is not connected to something that gives it a command to mute the unit.

Did you try to do the bypass described in this forum? If done incorrectly, it could cause your ATT to permanently stay on
