The sky is already in there. If you want to make sure its always displayed turn off smartzoom. It will lock into where you tilt it.

Ok. I haven't turned off smart zoom... I will try that now. But as of right now, when I tilt the 3d display, I just see a solid blue at the top and the system doesn't follow behind me, it just stays where it was until eventually the arrow (my car) is just gone off the screen from driving too far away. Is it not possible to have the system follow me while the screen is tilted so I can drive with the sky at the same time?

You need different schemes. Read my post above. If your arrow drives off the screen, tap the map button.

Ok... so I turned the auto zoom feature off and now the system will "follow" behind me in 3d mode while tilted but I still do not have the clouds... just a big blue area where the clouds should be.

You have to install different schemes like I said before. Clouds don't usually show up on their own. You have to put them there. Read the other threads on how to put new schemes on. Dpdurst has a lot of schemes, Follow the link I gave you earlier.
