Welcome, and I agree with the others about putting your location in your profile. There's a few people on this forum that don't have much tolerance for those who don't speak english well, posting your location might help them be a little more understanding. Let us know if there's anything we can help you with, but understand there are some differences between the U.S. models and the European models of the AVIC's.

even though you did mention it in your post, it is a good ideal, since there are difference between US and EU models and might make thing easier with future issues, and as mentioned before there are a few a$$holes that think they are the "grammar police" and have nothing better to do then to try to correct people
