My new installer removed the unit, cleaned up the wiring and reconnected it, but now my bluetooth doesn't work.
It connects to my phone and recieves and places calls normally and I can hear the other party clearly, however noboday can hear me, it's as if the phone is on mute.
There is also a slight buzzing sound anytime a button on the unit is pushed in any mode ie ipod, XM, radio...
