I think the Bluetooth module in my F90BT is dead. . . . Blue light won't come on, phone doesn't even see it if I try to pair it. So I was wondering if anyone's ever tried connecting a BTB200 to the F90BT, and if this will override the built-in Bluetooth. Everything else about the deck works just fine just Bluetooth is out, and I hate to fork out another Grand to upgrade a deck that's barely a year old.

It may work but I highly doubt it. There is likely no software interface on the unit to control the accessory. It would be interesting to find out if the AD2P support with the BTB-200 would work on the F series though.

isn't the warranty on a premier two years instead of one?

why would you have to buy another one, just send it in and get it fixed.

even if it is out of warranty, it would cost about the same to send it in and pay to have it repaired

if i was a betting man, i would say no way it would work, there are so many good pioneer accessory's that just won't work with the f-series for no reason other than pioneer likes to poke people in the eye and laugh about it!
