Yes. Huge improvement just with touch screen response alone. That made it well worth it for me. No more frustrating double touches.

Yes. I bought it when it was $60 US. Response was much better but not stellar. With the new mods like Diaftia's mod it makes the 3.0 firmware the bomb although even more speed would still be better.

Yes. Huge improvement just with touch screen response alone. That made it well worth it for me. No more frustrating double touches.

that sucks. I don't need the new features in 3.0 but I sure hope 2.06 contains the same performance tweaks as 3.0 since they are released at the same time and Pioneer justification to charge $60 is because of the new iGo.
I hope the memory tweak show in the MOD forum is good enough...
