is this a good deal esp considering theres no warrenty?

no I am happy about him getting a great deal but the lack of box etc would be a little ahem.....concerning

nah i dont think its stolen. the seller had lots of good feedback and i paid via CC through paypal. so if i have any problems they'll be easy to solve 
it got shipped out today! im excited

I just hope it isn't like the one I just swapped out. Gremlins in the navigation.
