Can I use a stock Sirius antenna on a Ford F-150 for my GEX-P920XM ? I wasn't sure if there might be an adapter.

yes you will have to put the new tuner in the factory location (so the ant will reach) and you will probably have to disassemble the factory ant connector to allow it to connect to the new tuner.

Finally got the GEX-P920XM Receiver put in today. Fit exactly in the stock location under the AVIC in my 2008 F-150.
I used the stock Sirius antenna. All I had to do is remove the clip and it worked perfect. I'm receiving all channels loud and clear.
