US AVIC Users@Europe: How do you solve the FM problem?

Hi,

This post is for the US Avic users in Europe, How do you solved the problem of the FM radio? With an external device with europe tuner? Ex. new iPod nano?

Any another solution?

No, the Pioneer can not control the FM in the ipod nano
